Foxes

The Foxes section members have the opportunity to pay an annual fee of £25 in March of each year; otherwise you enter each competition in the pro-shop on the day
The annual fee covers all foxes events held within the club between April until the end of February the following year; the advantage of an annual fee gives a substantial discount, if you enter all of the section events in the year, along with the savings it gives it also helps when entering each competition on the day
• Entry sheets for these competitions are held in the pro-shop
Most Boarded events that are displayed in the club have a £5 entry (team events £10 a pair) other events such as the monthly stablefords / medals are normally £3 to enter

All events for the sections are posted on the section notice board in the lower changing room along with details for inter-club matches with other Foxes sections in the county.
These ‘availability’ lists are posted at least 2 to 3 weeks before the day of the match and are made up either teams of 10 or 12 players.
The inter club matches for the Foxes section are predominately held on a Thursday afternoon around 13.00 hrs with a meal to follow match; normally £16/ head for the match meal.

We run a Summer Singles match-play competition plus an Eclectic event form May – Sept (1 card per month)
This year the section has introduced a 9 hole medal competition which you can play on any day during the week during the summer months; again all details are posted on the ‘Foxes Board’

There is a Foxes App so if you agree and once you are established within the club you can be added to the group; this keeps you updated with events on a regular basis within this section of the club.
