News from the Pro

Greg Smith has joined our team at Pinner Hill as Head PGA Professional.

After a promising career as an amateur including representing the County and England schoolboys, Greg did his apprenticeship at Denham Golf Club before joining Sandy Lodge in May 2006. Greg has established a great reputation as a coach and enjoys teaching golfers of all abilities. Greg has a background knowledge in sport science and, combining it with his knowledge of the golf swing, creates a modern approach to his coaching.

Greg is enjoys meeting the members and serving their needs, whether it be on the course, in the Pro. Shop or at the Halfway House.

Look out for the growing menu of hot snacks delightfully served by fiancé, Katie,  and sometimes, his mum!

Greg is working closely with "The Complete Golfer" in Northwood to ensure you can buy all the latest gear at the best internet prices.

Ross Chard – Our New Assistant Professional
A very competent player with a handicap of 2 and getting better, Ross is starting out on the road to becoming a professional golfer and will start his P.G.A training in the latter half of 2010, which means he will be able to represent Pinner Hill and Middlesex in the up and coming season. With his knowledge of the game and understanding of the ever-improving technology he is the ideal guy to have a chat with for any advice.
